No Wax Sheet Vinyl - This is the current version of what most of us know as a traditional vinyl floor. there are MANY different quality levels in this type of flooring and you must be careful to purchase the right quality for your needs or you will be disappointed. In recent years vinyl flooring has gained an undeserved bad reputation with many consumers, mostly because they thought they knew what quality they were purchasing but in reality had overpaid for a lower quality floor. Luxury Vinyl Tile - This is a fast growing and VERY popular option for today's homes. Quality luxury vinyl tiles offer the durability of "premium" sheet vinyl flooring with a traditionally more authentic look of for instance a ceramic tile floor. However, it offers the distinct advantage of being very easy to maintain like sheet vinyl. A word of caution..... we have found over many years a pattern of "new product categories" getting flooded by many new manufacturers driving and changing the category by introducing cheaper (and usually lower quality) versions of the original. This can become quite confusing to the consumer.
